Collation:
Together with Fragment 1 (still within Cologne, Stadtarchiv, GB 4° 195, Miscellany), this fragment constituted the outer double page of a quaternion.
Condition Description:
This fragment is originally from the back side of the old binding of the codex GB 4° 195, but now a separate document (identification of the
Kölner Stadtarchiv
: "7050F 6"). It received medium-heavy damage in the collapse of the
archive
building in 2009. The damage was classified as category A (the original is still usable). There is no available microfilm of the fragment.
Decoration:
The text is rubricated, having red initial letters.

The fragment is on a permanent loan from the
Kölner Gymnasial- und Stiftungsfonds
