Wooden cover with leather. After the restauration (1932), some fragments of the old leather binding, which was ornated with five bosses, were taken away, as it was newly glued to the cover. The new back is joined on five places. Ante- and postfolio are out of new paper (ff.

There is an illegible inscription on the front cover.
The codex was made in a French monastery. On f.
1v
one can see: "Philosophia naturalis data Collegio per magistrum Iohannem Wyllisch", referring to Ioannnes Willisch de Cracovia, who got his "artium baccalarius" in Prague in 1401. On postfolio III we have: "Iste liber obligatus est frater Iohanni Snewelino pro tribus libris ... fratribus de Grisaco"; and below that: "Fratris C. Edelini [?] una Biblia parva, qui cum ...", with added notes on expenses. On the same postfolio, we have a note, apparently referring to a bishop from Płock from the 15th century, indicating, that the codex was in Płock at that time: "Casimirus Dei gracia episcopus". On f.

, one can see: "Domini Andree de Florencia, qui moratur coram Simonem [?]".
