Detailed Description
  • Content:
    A manuscript of three parts/fascicles. I: 1r-60v, II: 61r-75v, III: 76r-121v.
  • Foliation:
    Foliation is made with a pencil (1-121). On the last folio someone added 122 in dark ink.
  • Decoration:
    Alternating initials in red and blue.
  • Hand Description:
    Fascicles I and III are written from multiple hands, but fascicle II seems to be written by one hand. The previous owner Amplonius made notes in the manuscripts, i.e. f. 25r a note about authership, dedication and extent of the missing parts of the text.
  • Provenance:
    Before 1410/12 the manuscript was possesed by Amplonius Rating de Berka. He had a catalogue of his manuscripts and named this one "72 medicinae" there. Later in the library of the "Collegium Porta Coeli" it was named "72 medicinae" as well.
