Detailed Description
  • Collation:
    Senions and quinions.
Partly with framed catchwords at the edges.
  • Condition Description:
The front cover and signature thereon are missing. According to Manuscripta medievalia they should be similar to Erfurt, , Phil. natur. 6.
  • Decoration:
Red numbers as headings at the top of the page. Alternating red and blue initials with simple ornations. Many rubrics, mostly at the bottom and in black. In the area of the second hand, these were written by the first hand.
  • Layout:
Text is set in two columns.

We have line numbering from 5 to 5 with arabic numbers, written in the middle between the two columns.

We have many pages without script at the end of the fascicles, suggesting that these were written separately.
  • Hand Description:
Text is written by two hands.
The first hand is an irregular current, the second hand a small, firm minuscule with Italian style.
  • Binding Description:
Wooden binding with red leather cover; the front cover is missing.
  • Provenance:
In parts, parchment and ink are decidedly Italian.
On the back side flyleaf, despite being erased, we can read: "Istud volumen pertinet ad fratrem Hermannum ...".
