Averroes-Manuscript

Physical Description
  • Material: Parchment
  • Pages: 290 leaves
  • Leaves Format: not available
  • Dimensions: 360 x 250 mm

Detailed Description
  • Foliation:
    1-44, 44a, 45-64, 64a, 65-79, 79a, 80-132, 132a, 133-220, 220a, 221-285.
The old foliation is wrong on five folios: Numbers 44, 64, 79, 132 and 220 are given twice (cf. ff. 44r and 45r , 65r and 66r , 81r and 82r , 135r and 136r , 224r and 225r ). All in all there are 290 folios and not 285 as Lacombe suggests. The DARE foliation offers the correct counting.
