    No titles on top of the pages. Initials partly in red, partly in blue; other initials in blue, ornated with red lines.
  • Layout:
    Text is set in two columns.

  • Hand Description:
    Text is written with abbreviations by two Anglican librarian hands.
  • Provenance:
    In the antefolio, we have: "Liber sancti Cuthberti ex procuratione fratris Johannis de Castro, monachi Dunelmensis".
    On f. 1r one can see: "Commentum super Libros De Anima cum aliis quinque de communi libraria monachorum Dunelmensium".
    On f. 89r , in the hand of the librarian, who wrote the second part of the codex, we have: "Caucio ... exposita in cist Cicestrie die sabati proxima post festum Lucie anno Domini M°CCC° vicesimo quarto".
