    The codex contains four parts with 27 layers.
    The first part (containing the first two texts) has nine subsections, with catchwords for (1) - (3) and (6): (1) ff. 1r- 10v (quinion), (2) ff. 11r- 22v (senion), (3) ff. 23r- 32v (quinion), (4) ff. 33r- 45v (oktonion, with ff. 5 and 6 missing), (5) ff. 46r- 49v (binion), (6) ff. 50r- 61v (senion), (7) ff. 62r- 65v (ternion, with ff. 5 and 6 missing), (8) ff. 66r- 77v (senion), (9) ff. 78r- 89v (oktonion, with ff. 14 - 16 missing).
    The second part (containing the third text) has one subsection: (10) ff. 90r- 95v (ternion, with ff. 5 and 6 missing).

In the fourth part, we have paragraph signs in red and blue and red underlinings. Pencil lining in the first and third part as well as ff. 176r- 189v and 207r- 211v . Ink lining in ff. 190r- 206v and 212r- 217v .

    Text is set in two columns in the first, third and fourth part, except in ff. 174r - 175v, where we have four columns). The written area in the first part is 224/230 mm x 149/165 mm, in the second 267/277 mm x 184 mm, in the third 226/245 mm x 170/177 mm and in the fourth 250/260 mm x 170/180 mm.

  • Hand Description:
    Text is written by multiple hands.
    The first part is written by two hands in the 14th century : A (ff. 1r- 38v , 42r- 45v and 50r- 89v ) and B (ff. 39r- 41v and 46r- 49v ).
    The second part is written by one hand (C) in the middle of the 13th century .
    The third part is written by one hand (D) in the first quarter of the 14th century .
    The fourth part is written by three hands in the first half of the 14th century : E (ff. 176r- 189v and 207r- 211v ), F (ff. 190r- 206v ) and G (ff. 212r- 217v ).
  • Binding Description:
    The codex has wooden covers with leather.
  • Provenance:
    According to Sturlese , the codex was registered in 1412 in the catalogue of the library of Amplonius Ratinck de Berka under the "libri de theologia" ("76. Item"). There are two notes on the front cover: "75. theologie" and "Postilla Nicolai de Lyra super / Marcum et / epistola ad Hebraeos / genealogia Christi cum Synchonysmis / Egidii de generationibus formarum / S. Thomae Aquinatis de eadem materia / S. Thomae in primam secundae / Correctorium corruptorii Iohannis Parisiensis ".
    On the back side of the front cover, we have: "Iste liber est Amplonii Ratyngh de Berka ". Additionally, on f. 89v one can see: " Amplonius de Berka me possidet".
