    For differentiation the initials of Item 1 and 2 are worked out taller (cf. ff. 5r , 91r ). Some artless intial letters in red e.g. on ff. 23r , 31r , 32v , 34r and 97r . Rubrifications on ff. 5r , 91r and 97r- 247r (but not on the added folios).

    Text is mostly set in 2 columns.


  • Hand Description:
    The code is written by a lot of hands.
  • Provenance:
    In 1415 the manuscript came from Leipzig to Kraków, brought by Iohannes Sneschewicz with two other manuscripts (today they have the signatures BJ 1585 and 1721).
    On the antefolio somebody informs about the price of the manuscript: "Hic continentur 15 sexterni; 9 debemus [?]; et quilibet istorim pro 5 grossis cum medio [?]. Et 6 de gloza; et quilibet pro 4 grossis cum medio [?] [...] I 1/2 marce et [...] grossi [?]." The same hand also wrote a similar note in manuscript BJ 1585.
