Detailed Description
  • Foliation:
    A pencil foliation: 1-11, 11, 11, 12-146.
    Two foliation mistakes on ff. 12r and 13r cause a different count of folios, then Lacombe assumes. Somebody signed out the folio 11 a second and a third time there.
  • Decoration:
    The great initial of the first page (f. 1r ) is cut away. The signs initiating the paragraphs are painted in red and blue.
  • Layout:
    Text is set in two columns.

    Averroes ' Long Commentary on Aristotle 's Physics: In the beginning the letters of the Aristotelian textus are greater then the ones of Averroes ' commentary. Later the size of the letters is equal, but the words " Ar. " and " Av. " initiate the paragraphs.
