Abenragel Commentary on Galen 's Ars Medica 17r - 24v
  • Incipit:
    Intendimus edere sermonem exponentem

  • Explicit:
...ab illo malitia in complexione eius.

  • Note:
The text is as much of the Tegni (Τέχνη - Ars Medica) of Galen as is found in Kühns edition in Vol. 1. pp. 305-320. Ends imperfectly.

  • Incipit:
Tacuynum sanitatis in medicina ad narrandum res necessarias...

  • Explicit:
    ...oleum violaceum.

  • Note:
This work is not mentioned in the Biog. Univ. under the author's name. The present copy is very carefully written; the arrangement of the lines of writing is such as to give most of the pages a latticed appearance.

Anonymous Thesaurus Pauperum 43r - 64v
  • Note:
Edited by Peter of Spain . This is of an earlier and better hand than the preceding. It has been printed. Frankfurt, 12mo, 1576. See Dd. XI. 45. The scribe has concluded with the motto: "Scriptoris munus sit bos bonus." In the same hand there follows a brief note "de coloribus urinarum". The first leaf of this part has been cut out.

Averroes Colliget 25r - 34v
  • Incipit:
    [Is]te egritudines sinunt...

  • Explicit:
Est species crisis cognita propter humorem at sub partem.

  • Note:
On f. 31r there is a commencement of a new division of the work, as follows (after the conclusion of the former part, "omnia contingentia istius sceintie replevit"): Ista Pars dividitur in 2 pares primo narrat signa... This treatise is also incomplete and contains just (parts of?) Book III and IV.

Averroes Commentary on Avicenna’s Cantica 35r - 42v
  • Explicit:
...inmense est erroneus quoniam vinum teste...

  • Note:
This correspondens very nearly with the edition printed at Venice, 1553. It is incomplete, containing the first book entire, and the first 34 sections of the second book, which are contained in ff. 101-126 of the above edition.

Galen Hippocratis aphorismi et Galeni in eos commentari 1r - 16v
  • Explicit:
Et egro quidem iam ostendi in alio...

  • Note:
This is incomplete. It is a Latin version of the treatise by Hippocrates, and of Galen's comment, with a paraphrase added of Hippocrates' text. The present copy contains the first book, and 46 chapters of the second.
