    Two foliation mistakes: After folio 1 and 8 each time one folio has no number on it (cf. ff. 2r and 10r ). Due to this fact there is a total count of 144 folios and not 142 as Lacombe suggests. The DARE-foliation tries to represent the actual count of folios.
