  • Decoration:
    The whole text is decorated by filigree initials and paragraph-signs alternating in blue and red. Figurated initials on ff. 3r (shows a philosoph in an arabic coat, holding a green book in his hands), 74r (shows a philosoph in a red cape in a blue and golden field), 79r . Some decorated initials, i.e.: 19r .
  • Layout:
    The text is set in 2 columns.

    There are 60 written lines in each column. The lines are made with colour.
  • Hand Description:
    The code is worked out by many hands:
    A (ff. 3r - 18v and 38r- 104r ) in gothic cursive handwriting of the 14th century in brown ink.
    B (ff. 19r- 38r ) in maroon littera bastarda of the 14th century.
    Giovanni di Marco : ( 1r , 2r , 78v , 104r- 104v ) in brown littera bastarda.

    Leather.
