1 معروفة يريد ان من فحص عن الشىء وهو لا يعرف مقدار غموضهِ VIEW AND COMPARE
2 فان ما يطلب من معرفته غير معروفة عنده فهو ان اصابها لا يدرى VIEW AND COMPARE
3 هل اصابها ام لا واما الذى يعرف غموض الشى‏ء فغايته التى تطلب VIEW AND COMPARE
4 وهى معرفة الغموض عنده معروفة فاذا وجدها عرف ما طلب لان VIEW AND COMPARE
5 المطلوب كان محصلا عنده VIEW AND COMPARE
6 ثم قال ومن الفضل ان تكون عند سامع جميع اقاويل المدعين VIEW AND COMPARE
7 والمنكرين قضايا مضطرة مقنعة يريد وايضا فان من الافضل للذى VIEW AND COMPARE
8 يريد ان يحكم بين المختلفين فى شى‏ء ما ان يكون عارفا بالقضايا VIEW AND COMPARE
9 التى يستعملها المدعى والمنكر وهذا ايضا احد ما يضطر اليه من VIEW AND COMPARE
10 اراد ان يكون حكما فاضلا بين المختلفين يريد انه لذلك وجب VIEW AND COMPARE
11 هاهنا ان نقدّم الاقاويل المتضادة فى الاشياء الغامضة VIEW AND COMPARE
